Volunteering is a brilliant way to get involved in your local community, learn and build new skills and experience for future work, and is a lot of fun! There are many benefits to volunteering, both for you, the organisation and most importantly the people you are working with.
So what volunteer requirements do we ask for? No experience is needed, but a few qualities are essential:

- Positivity
- A caring heart
- Some of your spare time!
JOINING PROCESS
Our volunteers alone have contributed over 15,200 hours to CAN and all the members we support. Without them in particular, we would not be able to provide the services we deliver to over 382 young people and adults alike. To each and every one of you, we owe a million thank yous!
The time graciously given of our volunteers is needed to continue to run the variety of projects we provide. Along with volunteers in the community, we have placements for students to carry out work experience and peer supporters from our own group of members as well.
