My role involves recruiting new trainees to the WE CAN project, supporting and guiding them on their journey towards employment.
With support from the skills coaches, I monitor trainees’ progression through Personal Development Plans (PDPs), and help to set goals for them to work towards. For trainees who are ready for employment, I source job sampling opportunities to prepare them for future employment. I deliver ASDAN accredited qualifications to trainees and hold short courses with groups from Day Centres in areas such as time management and Health and Safety regulations.
